		<description>Come on, folks -- even the AP and the major broadcast news organizations have been using &quot;she&quot; and &quot;her&quot; in stories about male-to-female transgender women, and vice versa for female-to-male transgender men. Further, whether someone has had reassignment surgery is not the criterion for being transgender. The fact that she has been living as a woman for ten years pretty much removes any doubt. Now, whether she wants or should have surgical breast augmentation, and who should pay for it, and whether (in the UK) it&#039;s unlawful discrimination: that&#039;s a separate issue, and I hope that you follow up on it.

		<description>Why do you address this person as a he, when it&#039;s obvious their gender identity is she and that&#039;s how they want to be address?  Trying to make a redundant point here? We all know this person is bilogically male, but you can show a little more respect.</description>
