A man currently on the FBI Ten Most Wanted list has possibly gone under the knife to look … unwanted.
The FBI is hunting for Eduardo Ravelo, an alleged Mexican cartel leader suspected of ordering several kidnappings in America and approving hundreds of kidnappings, and murders, across the border.
Federal investigators also say he’s possibly had plastic surgery on his face and has altered his fingerprints to evade capture.
If so, he isn’t the first. Arnado Fuentes, the former head of the same cartel, died in 1997 while undergoing plastic surgery. But whether he has a new face or not, Ravelo remains at large. Video plays below.
