Lauren Conrad won’t be going under the knife anytime soon, she said in a recent interview. Jill Hanner reports on claims by the erstwhile star of “The Hills” that she plans to abstain from cosmetic surgery — at least until she’s 30.
It looks like “The Hills” star Lauren Conrad won’t be going under the knife anytime soon – at least that’s what she told Access Hollywood recently during a gripping interview with Billy Bush at the release party for her new novel. Instead, said the unflappable Ms. Conrad, she plans to stick with Wonderbras to enhance her figure, and stave off Botox until she’s at least…oh, 30, maybe.”
Conrad was out stumping for her new novel, L.A. Candy, which is about a girl who moves to Hollywood and lands a spot on a reality TV show. She insists the book is a work of pure fiction.
Although Conrad plans to forgo cosmetic surgery treatments for the immediate future, her “Hills” co-star and frenemy Heidi Montag talked plastic surgery with Access Hollywood two years ago, opening up about the body image issues that drove her to get a nose job as well as breast implants.
At least Lauren will know who to call in ten years, when she’s ready for her first nip and tuck.
