In my twenties, I was a full-time media/advertising professional and a part-time model. Now I’m 29 and I’ve had plastic surgery over a dozen times. But not a breast enhancement or a nose job. I’ve had heart surgery, a total hip replacement an the amputation of all my toes, 1 leg and 9 fingertips. Seriously!

Now I speak to teenagers and adults around the world to promote positive self-esteem and healthy body image (www.LisaCoxPresents.com). I spent over 10 years in he media industry and know how difficult it is to find surgery-free, healthy, positive role models for young people – especially young women.
