Plastic surgery can now be purchased with frequent flier miles through a Finnish airline. Watch this week’s Plastic Surgery News to find out more.
File this one under strange but true: An airline in Finland is offering free plastic surgery in exchange for frequent flier miles.
Finnair is said to be the largest airline in Finland, but reportedly needs a fresh way to attract customers. So now they’ve teamed up with Nordstroem Hospital in Helsinki to offer breast implants, a face lift or hair replacement on a points system.
Whoever qualifies will have to first get a consultation at Nordstroem Hospital. But, for example, customers can become eligible for breast augmentation after taking 120 round-trip, business-class flights from Helsinki to New York.
The airline added this system earlier in the fall, and is also considering adding other health care incentives to its frequent flier program. Video plays below.
