My father-in-law has just gone through double knee replacement surgery and it has been a long road of recovery for him. He knows that it is definitely worth it in the long road, but has been very disappointed by the lack of energy and stamina that he is currently enduring through the healing process. Our family uses a pain cream for all kinds of aches and pains and my FIL is very eager to try it now too! It is so nice not to have to rely on an oral pain med all the time. I hope that he continues to recover sooner than later...it has been a real challenge. Thanks for the good article, Caroline
