This is the first time it went through, I will write my story and reason why cosmetic surgery could help me in so many ways.I need a few mins. to get my thoughts together again,( because it comes from my heart ) to help you to understand my pain. I’m 30 and have 36H breats, I have been unhappy with them for a very long time, and I have also had a lot of back, shoulder and neck pain and still suffer. But the main thing that effects me is the effect of them on my confidence and overall happiness. I recently went to my doctor about it and they put through an application to the PCT but they refused to do it as it is such an expensive operation and it is not actually effecting my health.

I am a 45 yr old woman who has always had large breasts 38G, they are now beginning to bother my back, I have talked to my physician and he will NOT reccommend a breast reduction so the much of the cost can be captured by my medical insurance. Please tell me what are the requirements for a doctore to recommend a breast reduction for a patient.
