Actress Tara Reid is set to appear in an upcoming issue of Playboy magazine – entirely nude, something she once said she’d never do.

Reid has undergone both liposuction and breast augmentation, and she’s been candid about how plastic surgery has given her uneven results. She’s been quoted as calling the surgical scars on her stomach “battle wounds.”

She also once said she would never pose nude for Playboy because she was insecure about her body. And reportedly Reid still felt that way when she stripped and stepped in front of the camera earlier this month, but then relaxed and went with it.
