90210 resident lacrosse hottie Dustin Milligan recently announced that he lost out on the chance to play Edward Cullen in the worldwide film phenomenon, Twilight.
Actor Dustin Milligan, who plays hunky lacrosse stud Ethan Ward on the new generation of 90210, recently admitted he lost out the role of Edward Cullen in the global film phenomenon Twilight. Milligan told Access Hollywood that he did audition for the role in the film, but teen heartthrob Robert Pattinson won the role. Apparently Milligan also joked that he lost the gig due to his lack of a believable accent.
“The first audition I did was with [director] Catherine Hardwicke and I went in there and did my best Edward Cullen, unfortunately I didn’t have a British accent. So, I didn’t get the job,” Milligan said.
Ouch! Sorry, Dustin, you’ll have to settle for Beverly Hills brats instead of beautiful and bewitching Bella Swan.
Interestingly enough, Milligan isn’t the only 90210 denizen to be making news. Hot mama Lori Loughlin has got the tabloids talking as well. Lori is known for her gorgeous beach babe looks — and her ability to keep them at the ripe old age of 45.
Just exactly how has she managed to stay looking so young? If media reports are true, she’s had a bit of help. According to the UK online mag Women Republic, the Summerland sweetheart has allegedly had Botox injections and a facelift.
CosmeticSurgeryClinic.com reported that Lori likes the effect of Botox because, “it makes you look like you have been on a nice vacation.”
Perhaps being a West Beverly Hills PTA mom is more stressful than it looks.

Well this makes no sense at all because while Robert Pattinson is English, Edward is not. Also the director and Kristen Stewart (Bella) both stated the other actors who auditioned for Edward didn’t show his “tortured soul” but Robert did. So yeah, he can blame it on the bad accent all he wants. It only shows his stupidity for not reading the breakdown on the role properly.
