Jon Gosselin, who recently underwent hair transplants, is now reportedly considering plastic surgery to help shed a few pounds.
Jon Gosselin, who is currently dating Hailey Glassman, the daughter of a plastic surgeon, may soon enlist the doctor’s help in upgrading what Gosselin sees in the mirror.
According to some sources, Gosselin is considering plastic surgery – liposuction for his extra midsection mass, plus more hair transplants to fill out his balding dome. He has had hair transplants in the past, as chronicled in a third-season Jon & Kate Plus 8 episode called “Jon’s Hair Raising Experience.”
“Jon Gosselin gets paparazzied more than anybody,” plastic surgeon Dr. Richard Ellenbogen told MakeMeHeal.com. “He is tired of looking balding and chunky.”
It may be that Gosselin wants these alterations to make himself more attractive, and since he is reasonably well-connected to plastic surgery through his girlfriend, getting them could be an easy feat.
But, he is 32 years old, is in the public eye and runs in fast circles. These factors alone would be enough to raise another person’s appeal. Also, even some plastic surgeons don’t think he should use surgery for what he wants.
“I think the best option for Jon Gosselin would be a healthy diet and exercise regimen,” plastic surgeon Dr. Jennifer Walden told MakeMeHeal.com. “Liposuction can be a great tool for stubborn areas that might not go away with diet and exercise, but for areas where a significant amount of fat needs to be removed, good old-fashioned aerobic exercise with a healthy diet is the best option.”
Since it wouldn’t take Gosselin long to get his results the natural way, this may be a better option than plastic surgery. And considering how much drama is surrounding him right now, some evening jogs may help clear his mind.

Thank you for the sensible suggestions – anybody taking bets that this loser will keep looking for somebody who will just suck the fat so he doesn’t have to give up his alcohol and greasy food?

Jon….
Get it together.
When you decided to have 8 children, that became a priority.
It’s not ALL about you, anymore.
