Real Housewives of NYC star Bethenny Frankel is engaged to marry boyfriend Jason Hoppy, and was seen flashing her “temporary ring” in Miami over the weekend.
Bethenny Frankel has long been the “single” housewife on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New York City. Not quite a housewife by anyone standards, Frankel made her mark on the show as an NYC socialite, entrepreneur, natural foods chef, author and perpetual project for the show’s other housewives.
But, Frankel no longer has to worry about getting dating advice from “countess” LuAnn de Lesseps–featured in one particularly painful episode of the reality show. This weekend boyfriend and real estate mogul Jason Hoppy made it official with a rock Frankel was seen sporting in Miami over the weekend.
“He liked it so much he put a ring on it!” Frankel told E! News. She also said the other housewives already like him. “The other housewives have all met him and thumbs-up. You can’t dislike him; it’s impossible.”
Rumor has it the bauble is a “starter ring” and Frankel will have a hand in picking out the real thing. It’s a challenge to pick out what’s real on Frankel, though. Comparing a brief topless appearance in the 1994 movie Hollywood Hills 90028 to photos of the star today, experts say she has likely had breast augmentation, and even a breast lift.
Photos from early in Housewives compared to today’s photo-ops also reveal likely use of Botox, fillers and an eyelid lift, says Paul S. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, Calif. to MakeMeHeal.com. “Bethany has most likely had a rhinoplasty. In addition, she has indications of possible fillers being used around the cheeks. She may have also had an upper eyelid lift, as she appears to be very hollow in this region.”
At least we can be relieved that Frankel has promised the couple won’t live in the spotlight. “He’ll be on the show,” Frankel told People.com. “He’s totally cool about it, but not gung-ho about it. He’s not Speidi.”
