Toni Braxton and Trey Songz shared a sultry kiss while taping the Soul Train Awards — possibly why Braxton and husband Keri Lewis are now calling it quits.
Toni Braxton is splitting from Keri Lewis, her husband of eight years.
No reason has been given for the couple’s break-up, but it comes after Braxton locked lips with fellow musician Trey Songz at the Soul Train Awards taping.
The pair has been married since 2001 and has two children. Braxton had a cancer scare last year while taping Dancing With the Stars. During the show’s run, a benign tumor was removed from Braxton’s breast, causing her to miss the show’s November 2008 finale. “I was worried about what they would find,” she told E!Online.
Braxton reportedly had pain her in chest checked out because she thought it might be a problem with her breast implants. “She had experienced pain near one of her breast implants and decided to have it checked out,” a family source told the National Enquirer last year. “They thought her implant was leaking.”
Braxton is due to release a new album under Atlantic Records in 2010.
