New developments in eyelid surgery can be used to correct hollows around the eyes, eliminate loose skin, and erase fine lines and wrinkles, without giving patients a "pulled" look. Instead, modern techniques, like fat grafting and dermal fillers, deliver natural-looking outcomes, where patients simply appear more youthful and rested.
