Michael Byrd, health care attorney and member of the Dallas Bar Association, is a Dean’s List graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and graduated Texas Tech Law School.
Byrd is currently chair of the business counsel services practice at SettlePou law firm, and is a member of its commercial litigation practice. His background includes litigation and transactional attorney law. He presently belongs to the boards of Orthopaedic Trauma Research Associates and the LEAP Foundation.
Byrd is also a frequent public speaker, with appearances at the UT Southwestern Medical School Plastic Surgery Department, the annual Dallas City Attorney’s Office continuing legal education seminar and the annual Federal Bar Association continuing legal education seminar.
