Does Anyone in the Dallas area do this procedure? I am a Flamenco dancer and a podiatrist says that half my pads are gone on the balls of my feet. Problem started in Aug. 2011 Jus started Medrol Dose pac. Pain has almost gone. Does these injections work, if so how long?

There is basically no data on fat injection for this condition. The issue is that the weight bearing surface of the foot will likely not allow any injected fat to survive. I would advise you to continue your prescribed treatment.
