Jennifer Lopez Video Release Barred By Judge

Jennifer Lopez video footage featuring the actress and ex-husband Ojani Noa have been barred from distribution, but the ruling is only temporary.

Jennifer LopezJennifer Lopez has filed a $10 million lawsuit against ex-husband Ojani Noa – who apparently wants to distribute video footage of their life from the 1990s, including honeymoon fun.

Lopez claimed Noa has violated a 2004 confidentiality agreement in trying to publicize videos of their private life. The footage includes romantic activity and other material, such as a heated argument between Lopez and her mother.

Lopez and her attorneys currently want Noa to surrender the tapes so that they can decide if he’s violated the agreement. He claims he isn’t doing this for profit; all the footage is apparently part of a documentary he’s making called How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J. Lo and Ojani Noa Story.

Unfortunately, on November 9, a Los Angeles judge put an injunction on this part of Noa’s project, preventing him from releasing the material. This injunction will last at least until December 1, when another court hearing will determine more.

The private footage would at least show how Lopez looked more than ten years ago during everyday personal time, untouched by makeup teams. She was in her twenties. Lopez recently denied ever undergoing plastic surgery – even after having twins with husband Marc Anthony – but, said her mirror still shows now what she saw back then.

“I have to say I feel awesome!” J. Lo told Hello! magazine. “I feel the same way I felt when I was in my twenties. I don’t see myself having any plastic surgery, but I’m not at that point yet, so I don’t know. I don’t know how I’ll feel when I’m older. But I’m more of a natural person and I believe in beauty not being an outside, physical thing. Luckily, I’m used to seeing myself everywhere now that I no longer obsess about the way I look.”

Currently, of course, she and her lawyers may be obsessing about how she looks in Noa’s legally suppressed video footage. Will we ever see it? Only a judge can decide.
