Kate Gosselin, on a recent episode of Jon and Kate Plus Eight, answers fans’ questions about her future – including her potential love life, and if remarrying is in her future.
Last night on Jon and Kate Plus Eight, Kate Gosselin answered viewers’ questions, revealing some new info about the reality star. She said despite the fact that the limelight has caused a lot of problems for her family and made it hard for her to keep close friends, she didn’t think the show had been harmful for the kids, and she’d like to stay on TV or get a movie role in the future.
“I’ve done enough years on TV that I feel like it’s a normal, comfortable, natural place to be,” she said on the show. “I’d love to be in a movie at some point, I’d love to be the voice of a cartoon character in a movie for my kids. I think that would be fun.”
Gosselin also told viewers the fallout of her divorce has made her think twice about getting married again. She said although she didn’t want to be alone, she wasn’t sure she’d remarry.
Jon and Kate Plus Eight has done a lot for the Gosselins, from providing them with a source of income so they could work to raise their eight kids, to getting them free trips, teeth whitening, and even plastic surgery.
After Kate had the sextuplets, an episode aired where she got a tummy tuck, paid for by the show, to fix sagging and stretching from her pregnancy. Jon also benefited, getting hair transplants paid for by the show.
A source close to Jon Gosselin also told The Insider, “He is sick of the fat jokes, and he knows he needs to look better to get the girls he wants. Jon’s hoping lipo will take off 20 to 30 pounds and make him look more desirable.”
It seems Jon is also interested in doing work after the show – for a price. Gosselin’s agent recently responded to a Florida morning show DJ’s request to have him on, saying it would require a $10-12k fee.
Kate hasn’t said what she would charge, but since she has now renewed her registered nursing license – she may not need the extra cash.
