Katie Couric gets down and dirty on the dance floor, and there are pictures to prove it – but, where did these photos come from?
Who knew the CBS Evening News anchor could dance like this?
New pictures have surfaced on the Web from 2006 showing CBS news anchor Katie Couric “dirty dancing” on a dance floor with another woman, but mostly with herself.
The pictures were reportedly taken in 2006, after Couric confirmed her spot as replacement anchor for CBS’ Dan Rather. Understandably, she was celebrating the huge promotion.
Couric faced controversy as Rather’s replacement, with many pundits saying she wasn’t right for the job. “Of course, nobody really likes to be trashed constantly, like on an hourly basis,” she said on Live with Regis and Kelly. “But I always try to be sanguine about it, and think it says more about the person who’s writing it than it does often about the subject, about their own issues. That makes me feel better!”
Since the 2006 takeover, Couric has been rumored to have dabbled in Botox and some celeb sites even allege the anchor may have had a nose job as well. Dr, Anthony Youn comments on Couric’s appearance on his blog, saying “In the more recent clip you may notice that her forehead doesn’t move, her eyebrows are more arched, and she has an almost “angry” appearanceI believe that this recent change is due to what I call the ‘Botox Brow.’”
The photos of Couric bumping and grinding came from her daughter’s Facebook page, according to the New York Daily News.
