Lauren Conrad recently shared her thoughts on her erstwhile Hills co-star Heidi Montag’s appearance in Playboy, dissing her ex-bestie with the comment that Heidi took the gig to pay for her plastic surgery.
Lauren Conrad has recently shared her thoughts on ex-bestie Heidi Montag’s appearance in the August issue of Playboy. Apparently, the ex-Hills beauty doesn’t think the new Mrs. Pratt made the classiest choice.
Lauren also believes the Pratt-Montag family may have needed the paycheck. In the August issue of Harper’s Bazaar she references Heidi’s recent cosmetic changes saying, “They’re not going to pay for themselves.”
According to a report from The National Ledger, Hugh Hefner, Mr. Playboy himself, has also given Miss Conrad a ring in the past. In 2008, In Touch magazine wrote that the feisty 83-year-old was enamored with Conrad when he met her at a Hollywood bash, and thought she would be a fabulous addition to his mildly titillating men’s mag.
But Lauren has made it clear she would never pose. “Everyone makes those choices and wants to do different things. I just don’t have any interest in showing my body in something like that. That’s a little personal,” she said. And so, poor Hef had to settle for another Hills honey.
Undoubtedly, Heidi’s body modifications helped her land the gig. And, it seems being one of The Hills‘ girls means going under the knife. From Heidi’s nose job and breast implants to Audrina’s alleged breast augmentation and Kristin’s supposed deviated septum, rumors of cosmetic surgery have provided plenty of juicy tidbits for the entertainment media.
Until now Lauren is the only one who hasn’t paid a visit to the doc. But with all of her friends upgrading their looks, will the blonde babe eventually knuckle under and make some improvements herself?
“I don’t think so,” Lauren told Access Hollywood. “But you know what, I prefer a flatter-chested look, that’s just kind of me. I think it’s more of a more of a fashion look. If you look at a lot of high-fashion models and things like that, they’re always you know, a little flatter I like the way clothes fit better.”
Her thoughts on Botox?
“I don’t know, “I’m 23, I think that I’m good for a little bit,” she said at the release part for her book L.A. Candy this spring, adding, “I don’t know, maybe later on.”
Which means Conrad still will be able to furrow her brow in contempt the next time Heidi decides to take it all off.
