Dr. Patrick Sullivan discusses new eye enhancement techniques to reduce puffiness, minimize dark circles, and correct the sunken in appearance of the upper eyelids in this interview from the 2009 Aesthetic Meeting of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Dr. Sullivan explains in detail new approaches that plastic surgeons are taking to improve the appearance around the eyes, and how techniques like endoscopic surgery can minimize scarring. 1. Dear Doctors,

I had eye enhancement surgery Sept. 2008. My reason for doing this was because
I have Grave’s disease and I had bags over my eyes. Now, I have white spots on
my upper eyelids that look similiar to celulite. Is this normal because even
though my eyes look nice with makeup on, they’re definitely not what I was expecting? Do you have any thoughts or insite into my problem and is there
anything I can do minimize these fatty cells on my upper eyelids?

    Thank you,

    Joyce
