Eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) can be used to correct hollows around the eyes, loose skin, and fine lines and wrinkles. Now, new surgical techniques are enabling doctors to make these improvements without giving patients a “pulled” look, but instead achieving a natural effect where patients look youthful and rested. Board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Brett Snyder explains several new trends in lower eyelid surgery in this interview from the 2009 Aesthetic Meeting of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and what doctors have learned about facial aging.

Tracy responded:
Hi there,
I just turned 40 this year. About a month a go when I got up I noticed that my right eye’s lid feels like it is not folding properly, like I have another eyelid. I am seriously thinking some sugery. It even feels weird when I open and close my eye. It is so strange, it is like it doesn’t fold into my natural crease.
I am not sure if there is something else I can do to avoid surgery and it this a major surgury?
Thanks for you time,
Tracy

I had 3 eyeplid surgeries to correct bags. The First Dr Ordin took too much muscle and created major sclarel show, He tried to fixed it again and it didn’t hold. Dr Glenn Jelks tried and it helped a little and 4 years later he tried again and it stayed but I look diffeerent and pulled. I still have a different look and sclarel show, I went to an eye doctor and told him not to pull down my eyes and he did anyway and he ripped the tether that was suspending the eyes. Now there is more sclaral show.. I need help bad. PLease have someone the BEST plastic surgeon in the USA or the best you know to contact me. 860-404-0408 or 860-940-7020. I need help. I am a CFP and I am actually going to be in a movie. My brother owns the Production company and its big. So I need help..
Thanks
