Daniel Maman, MD
Harvard-trained and certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Daniel Maman is a highly skilled and experienced plastic surgeon whose expertise spans all aspects of cosmetic surgery, including facial rejuvenation, body contouring and breast enhancement. Throughout the medical community, he is renowned for his proficiency in conducting minimally invasive aesthetic breast surgery with minimal scarring, as well as for his aptitude in breast reconstruction following breast cancer.
Dr. Maman received his Ivy-league undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania prior to attending Oxford University in England to earn his Master’s degree. He then continued on to obtain his Medical Doctorate from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, followed by his completion of a six-year Plastic Surgery residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan. Dr. Maman subsequently furthered his education by receiving additional fellowship training on innovative implant and microsurgery flap techniques for breast surgery at the esteemed Massachusetts General Hospital / Harvard Medical School.
In addition to performing surgery in private practice at 740 Park Plastic Surgery, Dr. Maman maintains a position as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and he helps instruct the Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship Program at the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary. He also remains active in several prestigious medical organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Northeast Regional Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the New York State Society of Plastic Surgeons.
