  1. Joyce Says:

    Dear Doctors,

I had eye enhancement surgery Sept. 2008. My reason for doing this was because
I have Grave’s disease and I had bags over my eyes. Now, I have white spots on
my upper eyelids that look similiar to celulite. Is this normal because even
though my eyes look nice with makeup on, they’re definitely not what I was expecting? Do you have any thoughts or insite into my problem and is there
anything I can do minimize these fatty cells on my upper eyelids?

    Thank you,

    Joyce
