I’m going in for Chin Augmentation surgery soon. I find your reference to augmentation by manipulating the jaw bone very interesting .As I’m not keen on synthetic implants or fillers. Would you be so kind as to give a few details so that I can get a better understanding of what the procedure will be and what results I can expect after surgery.Also what kind of risks are involved with this surgery.
