Dr. Lane Smith has the distinction of being board certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery, the American Board of Otolarygology, the American Board of Facial Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. He graduated from medical school Alpha Omega Alpha, the highest honor given to medical students, and completed a residency in otolaryngology at University of Texas Medical Branch (Galveston). Dr. Smith went on to complete a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at Stanford University and did his residency in plastic surgery at Mayo Clinic.
