Nasal septum deviation is a common affliction, generally caused by a congenital disorder or by an impact, like a blow to the face. This deviation can cause problems with breathing, snoring and headaches, and also alter the overall appearance of the nose. Surprisingly, many people are unaware they have a deviated septum, and that it can be easily corrected with minor surgery.
