Former Playmate and “Girl Next Door” Kendra Wilkinson didn’t have any problem trading in Hef and the girls for diaper duty, she says on her blog.

The 24-year-old star of E!’s The Girls Next Door, a show that centers around the lives of Playboy Mansion residents, said she was excited about her new, more domestic life. This is the first Christmas Wilkinson is spending as wife to Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Henry Baskett and mom to their newborn son, Hank Jr.

“I can’t wait to start my own family traditions and Im so excited to make every xmas memorable for lil hank like my mom did for me!” she writes on her blog.

Wilkinson, like most moms, was a little apprehensive of all the changes occurring with her body as her pregnancy played out this fall. But unlike most moms, Wilkinson had breast implants and wasn’t sure she would be able to breastfeed her infant son. “I was so scared that I wasn’t going to be able to nurse that when I saw stuff come out of my nipples the other day, I was like, I can breastfeed?” she told Us Weekly, referring to the colostrum that some pregnant mothers leak prior to giving birth. “I asked my doctor, who said, ‘That’s fine, but it’s not milk yet!’”

Most mothers who have undergone breast augmentation prior to pregnancy find they can nurse as long as no nerves or no milk ducts were damaged during surgery. The “smile” incision around the areola that some doctors use for placing implants puts mothers at greater risk for problems than the less popular incisions, such as those made under the fold of the breast or in the armpit, according to BabyCenter.com.

Wilkinson now has a new show on E!, called Kendra: Here Comes Baby, that follows her family as they care for their newborn.

Michael Lohan recently explained to RadarOnline.com that he’s been lied about, specifically regarding his taste for exotic dancers who resemble his daughter Lindsay. He’s considering legal action against the teller of this tale – a former owner of Scores, the strip club in New York City.

“Obviously this person is trying to make some money and publicity for himself,” Lohan told RadarOnline.com. “My lawyers are going after this person for defamation. This report is from 2004five years ago. I was in the club on one night. I sat at the bar, waiting for the owner because I was trying to schedule a bachelor party for my cousin. I never said anything about dances with Lindsay. I did not go inside the club where the dancers are, didn’t have a dance, and never, ever mentioned anything about my daughter. Nothing happened.”

Lohan’s possible legal action comes not long after reported friction between him and his daughter – including his complaints to E! that she “looks 100 years old” due to a bit too much hard living. And, Lindsay Lohan recently looks to have undergone some plastic surgery along with this rougher look, including fillers in her lips and face. Breast augmentation has been evident since 2007.

Some of these pictures show her in wardrobe prominently busty enough, frankly, to make one think of an exotic dancer. There is sometimes a resemblance that’s a bit on the uncanny side.

Still, Michael Lohan is likely speaking the simple truth about the Scores incident. Many would say the owner’s lap dance comment is absurd.

Kim Kardashian recently became not quite herself, thanks to prosthetics she wore for a new E! Channel show called Secret Celebrity. She wore a false face and wig in order to not resemble what she really is: glamorous, with all stops pulled out.

The show has a “hidden video” premise and gives celebrity guests a chance to appear in public – looking different and being treated different. The other people we see on the show are fans of the celebrity who aren’t aware of the disguise. Kardashian wore a black perm and chose the name “Cynthia.”

“This was a real process,” Kardashian recently wrote on her blog. “I needed to get a molding of my face so I could have a prosthetic nose, cheeks and neck put on! I look like a completely different person!”

Her episode included similar antics from Nick Lachey – and it premiered November 3.

It provided her a temporary – but dramatic – alteration of how she usually looks. Now age 29, Kim Kardashian has denied undergoing any invasive plastic surgery on her face, save for some basic skin treatment for cellulite on the backs of her legs.

“I only had time for one treatment, but I am definitely planning to go back for more!” she once blogged.

She likely will, and it will likely become a regular regimen for her. Like the rest of us, she isn’t getting younger, and the mold recently made of her gorgeous face will become a snapshot in time.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom don’t like to waste time. After tying the knot only a month after they met, the two lovebirds are already talking about taking another big step, pregnancy.

In their first televised interview since the wedding, Odom reveals to Chelsea Handler that he wants his wife to get pregnant “soon.” Kardashian agreed.

If that’s not evidence enough, former MTV host La La Vazquez reveals to Radaronline.com that Khloe has been begging to look after her two-year-old son Kiyan for weeks. La La admits, “We have a joke that she’s got to take Kiyan for a few days to practice. They’ll be begging me to give him back!”

If the talk is true, Khloe will be following in the footsteps of her older sister Kourtney and boyfriend Scott Disick, who are expecting a boy in late December.

Though the reality star claims to have lost 25 pounds before the wedding with the help of exercise and a healthy diet, bloggers speculate that lipo may have been contributing factor in helping her shed the pre-wedding pounds.

However, Khloe attributed the weight loss to her QuickTrim diet, which she quit doing after the wedding and reported that she had gained 5 pounds back.

Kourtney Kardashian and boyfriend Scott Disick are expecting their first child together – a boy, to be exact, due in December.

Kardashian’s representative confirmed this on October 9 to Access Hollywood, but the reality star, 30, hasn’t kept silent about it.

“Scott and I are thrilled to add a little boy to the bunch,” she told the E!. “A boy is definitely needed in this family!”

She told People magazine that a baby shower is set for November 14, in mother Kris Jenner’s home. “I’m sure my mom has been planning this since I was little,” she said. “She is big on showers, so I’m sure mine will be a big event.”

After Kourtney delivers, plastic surgery may or may not be a part of her physical recovery. Many women, even if they aren’t a regular figure of the spotlight, use cosmetic surgery to help erase the after effects of pregnancy. This includes liposuction and tummy tuck procedures to curb the loose skin that is common when new mothers shed their pregnancy weight.

But, to an extent, plastic surgery is already in her equation, since Kourtney has breast implants. When announcing her pregnancy, she mentioned a desire to breast feed her son. This may prove unwise, since the Institute of Medicine has released data showing that women who have had breast augmentation are much more likely to produce an inadequate milk supply.

Kourt may reconsider her nursing plans, but this should prove a simple matter to settle. After all, they’re the Kardashians. They can afford formula.

E! reality starlet Khloe Kardashian has battled her weight in the limelight for eons now. Recently, Khloe has dropped a few sizes and looks fab. Gossip is making its way all over the web, and a big question on everyone’s lips is, “Was it Khloe, or was it lipo?”

Khloe, 25, says that the weight came off due to healthy eating habits and a successful exercise routine. But was it really that easy for young Khloe? Plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia told MakeMeHeal.com, “Khloe’s weight loss may be a bit of both exercise and liposuction.” Dr. Di Saia’s idea that she used multiple resources seems to be the popular hypothesis.

Dr. Jennifer Walden noted, “Khloe has said she lost approximately 20 lbs from diet and exercise. From recent pictures she looks like she lost weight uniformly – so, that is consistent with her explanation about exercising. She may have had or may contemplate having liposuction to treat stubborn areas after she has reached her ideal weight. A deep tan and her long straight hair also tend to give a slimmer appearance.”

Khloe’s weight loss method remains a question mark to some, but most agree she looks healthier. Looks like big sis Kim is finally getting a run for her money.

Karolina Kurkova is at the center of a mystery: the case of the missing bellybutton. Last year, photos emerged of the Victoria’s Secret supermodel in Miami sans her non-fuzzy navel. These interesting beach pics caused quite a stir, and had people wondering what the heck happened to the Czech beauty’s umbilicus?

Of course, the most prominent rumor is that Kurkova had some sort of plastic surgery. According to BBC online, people can sometimes lose their navel after a cosmetic surgery mishap. Was this a case of a tummy tuck gone wrong? (And if so, where are the other tell-tale scars? It’s hard to hide a suture line when all you’re wearing is a thong.)

The truth is far less sordid. Last fall, NY Daily News reported that the true cause of Kurkova’s unusually smooth abdomen was because she had surgery as an infant.

“It does look like [she may have had] an umbilical hernia as a child that was either fixed or not fixed, which can distort the belly button,” said Dr. Matthew Schulman, a plastic surgeon at Manhattan’s Mount Sinai Medical Center, in the Daily News report.

Ms. Kurkova has yet to publicly comment on her absent body part, but her rep offered reassurance, noting, “Her belly button is very smooth. But I can assure you she’s not an alien!”

Kourtney Kardashian had entertainment industry tongues wagging this past week as she revealed to fans that she is with child. The father? Ex-boyfriend Scott Disick, according to insider sources. The two have reportedly reconciled, and are excited about their bun in the oven, due in December.

Kourtney has been spotted out on the town flaunting her baby bump, and recently told People that she is enjoying her pregnancy curves — although some of the changes in her body have thrown her for a loop.

“My boobs got huge right away. They got so sore, that if anyone even brushed up near me, I would scream,” she said.

Which begs the question: What will Kourtney do about her breast implants?

The lesser-known Kardashian sister was 22 when she went under the knife for a breast augmentation. Kourtney admittedly regretted having the operation. “It was kind of an impulse,” she said. “I just got the idea in my head one day, and that was that. There was no talking me out of it. It was so dumb.”

Kourt isn’t the only member in her family that has had some plastic surgery mishaps. Step-dad Bruce Jenner has recently been in the news for some interesting changes in his appearance. On Keeping up with the Kardashians, Bruce once commented, “If you Google my name, the worst plastic surgeries of all time, or whatever it is… They’ve compared me to Michael Jackson!” Jenner underwent a rhinoplasty operation and a partial face lift.

Much like his step-daughter’s plastic procedure experience, Bruce was not so thrilled with his outcome either. He has been asked why he went under the knife, to which he commented, “[I] was just going through a bad time. I had just gone through my second divorce, lost a lot of money. I was in a little dinky house.” On the show, the entire family voted to have Bruce correct his facial faults.
