Former Miss California USA Carrie Prejean has had a lot to say about her religious faith and conservative stance. But, the reported discovery of eight erotic videos and 30 nude photos – all starring her – may give Prejean even more behavior to regret in public.

Prejean has already discussed one such video, made years ago for her boyfriend.

“It was the biggest mistake of my life,” she told Sean Hannity of FOX News. “I was all by myself at the time. I was sending a boyfriend at the time, that I loved and cared about, a video of me.”

The first sex tape situation occurred earlier in 2009 during her legal action against Miss California USA pageant officials K2 Productions after they terminated her. Prejean claimed she was being fired for some of her conservative comments.

Officials claimed she was booted for failing to make required public appearances. And, after she tried suing K2, they sued back – this time, for plastic surgery money allegedly owed. The company had supposedly financed her Prejean’s breast augmentation with the understanding they’d get compensation. The parties recently settled their legal sparring.

But, according to RadarOnline.com, there are now seven more Prejeantapes of the same variety, plus 30 photos of her – some topless and some showing full nudity. Contrary to earlier reports that Prejean was 17 at the time of filming, her ex-boyfriend recently told TMZ.com she was actually 20. All the images in question were allegedly produced in 2007 after Prejean spent four days with the man.

Now, Vivid Entertainment has contacted Prejean attorney Charles Limandri in hopes of acquiring rights to the footage, promising Prejean the chance to “earn millions of dollars.” The response from Prejean’s camp so far has been no “at any price.”

That answer isn’t surprising, given Prejean’s recent regret about having filmed herself. Saying to no to a deal like that may actually be a prudent career decision in the long run, even at the sacrifice of millions of dollars right now.

In Prejean’s new book, which is coincidentally being promoted as she makes the media rounds about her new sex tape, Prejean contends that Trump treats the Miss USA contestants differently based on their looks, saying he divides them up.

Trump denied Prejean’s accusations and told Extra, “Carrie should be ashamed of herself. Certainly I would never do a thing like that, because it would be too hurtful. I don’t stand the ones that are less attractive to one side, and the beautiful ones on the other side. It was total nonsense — it was fiction in her imagination… I don’t even know how she came up with an idea like that.”

Trump chalks her comments up to self-promotion, saying Prejean is just doing whatever it takes to sell her book. “She’s trying to sell a book,” Trump explains. “She’s doing the best she can… I can’t imagine too many people would be interested in it, but you never know what sells these days.”

Prejean’s sex tape scandal broke as she was attempting to sue the K2 Productions for her ousting as beauty queen. K2 contends Prejean failed to make required appearances, Prejean said she was axed for her conservative views. After the suit was initiated by Prejean , K2 countersued for the money the company had given Prejean for breast augmentation.

However, following the release of the sex tape–just four days before Prejean’s memoir hit the shelves–Prejean dropped the suit.

All’s quiet in the courtroom after both sides in the K2 Productions versus Carrie Prejean court battle mysteriously came to a standstill.

Seemingly overnight both counterclaims were dropped, and now TMZ is reporting it may be due to a scandalous video the Miss California Pageant had featuring Carrie Prejean.

The erstwhile Miss California lost her crown after K2 Productions, the producer of the pageant, said Prejean had failed to make official appearances on behalf of the pageant and claimed breach of contract. Prejean contended that she was dropped from the title due to anti-gay marriage statements she had made to the media, and sued, to which K2 countersued that Prejean now also owed the company for the breast implants they gave her money to get.

Now celebrity site TMZ is reporting that Prejean is dropping her one million dollar settlement after a lawyer for the other side showing Prejean engaged in racy sex acts. Prejean will receive a $100,000 settlement for attorney and publicist fees, but that’s it.

“We are moving forward from the past and looking towards the crowning of two winners and the new look of the upcoming Miss California USA pageant, telecast live on Nov. 22,” said Lewis Moakler, executive director of the pageant.

Prejean’s book, Still Standing: The Untold Story of My Fight Against Gossip, Hate, and Political Attacks comes out Monday.

Former Miss California Carrie Prejean has been through a lot. First, racy pictures of her appeared on the Internet. But, Donald Trump, head of the Miss World Organization, told her she didn’t have to step down.

It seemed like things were looking up, until Carrie Prejean received word that she would lose the crown after all – but for a different reason.

Miss California officials say Prejean failed to uphold her duties as the state rep, shirking public appearances and making unauthorized appearances of her own. But, Prejean’s camp says that just isn’t true, and that she was really fired for speaking out against gay marriage.

A lawyer for Prejean says the events were not required: “There is no indication that those would be official events that pageant winners would actually wear their tiaras and sashes,” said Charles LiMandri in a statement defending his client.

So, after her ousting, Prejean sued. And now, K2 Productions – the company that directs the pageants – says Prejean failed to return a very valuable item during the break up: the $5,200 they gave her for breast implants.

“We are saddened by the necessity to file a counterclaim today against Carrie Prejean,” pageant co-director Keith Lewis said in a public statement to the press Monday. But, he wants to make sure everyone knows it’s not about the money. “Our claim is not about financial reward, and all profits awarded will be donated to a charity that promotes the values of our organization.”

No word on how Prejean’s camp intends to respond.
