Scars from Mole Removal

I have many large and small moles on my upper and middle back. Some are raised and some are flat. In the past, dermatologists have removed a few leaving horrible train track scars that have stretched. My back has always been an embarrassment for me and I refuse to show it — not even in a swimsuit. There are many moles; I don’t know if anyone would want to attempt to remove them or help me with the old scars. I went to a local plastic surgeon and he dismissed my back and said he would rather focus on helping me with the three train track scars on my arms. I do have a keloid scar on my upper chest. Is there something that could be done to help me feel better about myself?
