Actress Rachel McAdams, now 31, does something most can’t muster. She wakes up when it’s still dark and performs rigorous yoga.

“The earliest I’ll start is four-thirty. That’s my limit,” she told Vogue for a recent feature that also cited her habit of biking and walking wherever she goes, and a diet that arches towards healthy-gourmet. It also included the interesting detail that, as beautiful as McAdams always is, she wasn’t raised to focus on appearances.

“My mother never put an emphasis on looks. She let us grow up on our own time line,” McAdams told Vogue. “She never forced any beauty regimen into my world.”

With all this in mind, it seems unlikely McAdams has ever opted for plastic surgery – at least at this point. But in September 2009, she was one focus of a story about Hollywood procedures among actors, and her pictures drew speculation about a possible rhinoplasty.

“Rachel McAdams looks like she has had a rhinoplasty,” plastic surgeon Dr. Paul Nassif told MakeMeHeal.com. “The narrowing is the result of the collapse of the right middle vault, which causes the nose to look twisted. She also has an inverted V deformity of the middle part of her nose; in other words, the cartilage is collapsing. Her nose has also been over-reduced, so that it is collapsing and pinching as well.”

Dr. Sherrell J. Aston, on the other hand, disagreed.

“I do not believe that Rachel McAdams has had any plastic surgery,” he told MakeMeHeal.com. “She is very petite with pretty delicate features that look natural. If she did have surgery her doctor did a great job! I think that her look gives her a lot of diversity.”

If Rachel McAdams has had any plastic surgery on her face, it would come as quite a surprise. Smart money, however, hints that she hasn’t, despite what some surgeons say.

At first you don’t succeed try at least three more times.

Ivana Trump took that approach with marriage – but reportedly even the fourth try hasn’t been successful. RadarOnline.com reports that on December 18, she filed for divorce from businessman husband Rossano Rubicondi after a mere 20 months of marriage. Trump, now 60, simply cited a lack of personal time with her 37-year-old husband, who married her in April 2008 after a six-year courtship.

“It has become increasingly difficult for us to find time together,” Trump recently said in a statement, according to RadarOnline.com.

Ivana Trump was first married to childhood friend George Syrovatka. In 1977, she married Donald Trump, a marriage that lasted until 1992. From there, keeping the last name, she wed Riccardo Mazzucchelli – another marriage that lasted less than two years.

Rumors of this latest divorce have abounded for at least a year. In December 2008, plastic surgery site MakeMeHeal.com mentioned a possible divorce between her and Rubicondi. One of its stories speculated that Ivana Trump regularly undergoes cosmetic nip-tucking to stay sexy for the young men she tends to date and marry.

“Ivana is all about maintaining a youthful look given the age of her boyfriends,” plastic surgeon Dr. Jennifer Walden told MakeMeHeal.com in December 2008. “Cheers to her! She may have undergone a facelift, eyelid lift, and soft tissue fillers to the laugh lines and lips. Botox also can help keep one’s forehead and crow’s feet around the eyes smooth.”

Plastic surgery, so common in her circles, appears to be part of her own lifestyle. It seems to work for her in the dating world of younger men, if not staying married to them.

Leave it to Lamas star Shauna Sand is fighting the release of a new hardcore sex tape made earlier this year featuring her and her boyfriend. Sand complains the tape is not for public consumption, but the company selling it claims to have the rights to it.

The mother of children ranging in age from 8 to 12, Shauna hasn’t been shy about the fact that she has made a sex tape. “Yes, I did make a sex tape with my boyfriend earlier this year,” said the former Playboy Playmate to TMZ, “In fact I’ve made several sex tapes, but I certainly didn’t sign off on this and Vivid has no right to put it out. I am trying to get a hold of my attorney now.”

Vivid Entertainment asserts that a third party contacted them with the tape, and they believe they have the right to distribute it. In the explicit online trailer for the tape, Sand is seen playing with sex toys, dripping ice cream on herself, and doing her makeup.

Shauna Sand – in typical Playboy Bunny fashion – has been rumored to have had a bevy of plastic procedures. Most notably, breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, lip augmentation and Botox.

A post-Playboy candid shot revealed a somewhat malformed nipple, which indicates she may also have had a second breast augmentation.

And although she is only 38, she appears to have had a brow lift, too.

Plastic surgery portal MakeMeHeal.com, in citing the evidences of Shauna’s plastic-fantastic look, doesn’t offer any insights from plastic surgeons, as is their usual practice. They do, however, show a number of pictures, each worth more than the going rate of a thousand words.

If her sex tape makes it to the public, viewers can be the judge if Sands is real or not.

Comedienne Ellen DeGeneres has a growing list of job titles, from actress to talk show host to spokesperson for CoverGirl Cosmetics. She’s also just become a judge on American Idol and says she intends to be a voice for the people. That’s a lot of time in the spotlight. And, recent photos of a more glammed up Ellen have led some to wonder if she’s had plastic surgery in preparation for her new Idol gig.

The pundits at MakeMeHeal.com speculate that DeGeneres, now 51, recently had a face lift and eye lift. They also say it’s possible she has opted for a brow lift, neck lift and Botox injections.

DeGeneres hasn’t talked publicly about having any work done. If and when she does, odds are it would be comedy gold.

Kanye West made headlines around the globe this weekend after rushing on stage to swipe the mic from singer Taylor Swift at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards. But West’s boorish behavior isn’t the only thing that has him in the spotlight. His relationship with former stripper Amber Rose is also raising eyebrows in the entertainment media.

Rose is rich and well-maintained – not to mention only 26 years old – but since hitting the scene with the rap superstar, she has garnered attention as much for her unique sense of style and colorful past as for her striking beauty.

With her penchant for skin tight spandex leggings and her bleach-blonde buzz cut, Rose hardly shies away from media attention. But, the former exotic dancer, who began dating West in February 2009, has a history some say is scandalous, while others find it alluring.

“Kanye knew my life, so when it was, ‘Oh, Kanye, do you know she was a stripper and that she used to date girls?’” she told Persona magazine. “He was like, ‘Tell me something I don’t know.’”

Rose has long been in the business of looking good, but it’s hard to tell if she has remained au naturale. Based on her pictures, cosmetic surgery isn’t impossible, and a breast augmentation seems an obvious guess. But, Rose hasn’t talked about it.

“It is hard to tell if Amber Rose has had plastic surgery without older photos,” Manhattan surgeon Dr. David Shafer told MakeMeHeal.com. “Since she is just recently in the limelight, I doubt we will see any older photos.  However, I don’t see any incisions or telltale signs of surgical procedures,” he added, after reviewing photos of Rose in a barely-there orange bikini.

Beverly Hills surgeon Dr. Paul Nassif agrees. “At a glance, Amber does not appear to have had any work done,” he told MakeMeHeal.com. “Her curves look natural as do her facial features. She is young and beautiful, and has nothing that is in need of being enhanced.”

The four actresses already had careers in the 1980s, so they’re old enough to remember what they wore. The actresses are also old enough to shop in today’s cosmetic surgery market, if they choose. Based on comparison photos, it’s highly likely they have – with Botox injections, rhinoplasty and laser resurfacing treatments topping the list. The exception is Davis, who said she’d rather avoid it.

“If I could do it and look just like myself, I would do it,” Davis was quoted on MakeMeHeal.com. “But I don’t think it works that way. You can’t go back. That’s what scares me. I don’t want to look better, but different.”

Parker is rumored to have had a rhinoplasty. Cattrall confirmed in interviews that she’s gotten some facial help from Botox, and Nixon beat breast cancer in 2006 after undergoing a lumpectomy and radiation treatments. Her cancer was caught early enough to make breast reconstruction unnecessary. In more advanced cases, a patient requires a plastic surgery that rebuilds lost breast tissue through breast implants or fat grafting.

Jude Law’s latest lover, Samantha Burke, actress and expecting mother of his unborn, could be adding plastic surgery to her list of doctor visits. Burke, 24, has recently been seen in photos with a swollen tummy, as you’d expect. But some have entertained the thought that she’s had a rhinoplasty and a breast augmentation.

Regarding the rumors, New York plastic surgeon Dr. Jennifer Walden thinks Burke may have had a nose job, but believes her swollen breasts are just her maternal instincts kicking in. Dr. Walden told MakeMeHeal.com, “[Burke has] added some bangs and maybe undergone rhinoplasty to make her nose very straight and narrow. She’s also added a baby bump, and her breasts are larger because she’s pregnant!”

Dr. David Shafer, who also practices in New York, concurred. “Samantha Burke may have had a rhinoplasty when comparing more recent photos to her older photos,” Shafer told MakeMeHeal.com. “In one of her pregnancy photos she appears to have a natural ptosis of the breast. So, it is difficult to say for sure if she has had implants.”

Why Burke may have had a rhinoplasty is unclear. While a well-executed nose job can bring balance to facial proportion, the sultry brunette was already a stunner. However, many patients undergo rhinoplasty purely for medical reasons, such as to correct a deviated septum that causes breathing problems. And, if Ms. Burke is planning to use the Lamaze method when giving birth, she definitely wants to breathe free and easy.

Demi Moore has rarely shied away from controversy. From her infamous nude Vanity Fair cover to her shaved head in G.I. Jane and that whole May/December romance thing with hubby Ashton Kutcher, Moore is generally fearless. But now, the Hollywood star is running scared from accusations she has gone under the knife.

The debacle began when Moore was quoted in the latest issue of French Marie Claire magazine denying she has previously had plastic surgery.

When the mag asked about all the rumors that Demi had cosmetic surgery to achieve her preternaturally youthful appearance, she said, “It’s completely false, I’ve never had it done. But I would never judge those who have. If it’s the best thing for them, then I don’t see a problem.”

Instantly, posts from doubtful bloggers and entertainment industry gossips created a flurry on the Web. Britain’s Daily Mail even wrote that the evidence against her claim is “overwhelming.”

A denizen of the Web 2.0 world, Moore responded to the Internet attacks via Twitter, tweeting, “All this garbage that came out today about me is nothing more than an effort to diminish not just me but all women.”

According to the experts at MakeMeHeal.com, Demi may have undergone several cosmetic procedures, including liposuction to her hips, inner and outer thighs and stomach, breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift, brow lift, chemical facial skin peel, collagen injections, dental veneers, and even knee liposuction surgery.

Plastic Surgeon Dr. Jennifer Walden hypothesized, “Demi Moore looks fantastic for her age. It seems that she has undergone breast augmentation, liposuction of the thighs possibly, Botox, a great skin care program with perhaps some resurfacing like peels or laser, and at this point maybe even a mini-facelift. She’s a machine, more power to her.”

But, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Toby Mayer thinks Demi’s story holds up. He told E! Online, “Her lower eyelids have a little excess skin and wrinkles on them compared with a decade ago. If you saw her in person, she would look like she had twice as many wrinkles. The makeup and the lighting are concealing the depth of the wrinkles.”

For now this brat-packer is causing a bigger conundrum than she ever did with the St. Elmo’s gang. Like every celeb cosmetic mystery–no one really knows the truth. But, lipo or no–in that hot beach scene from Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle, she was 40 years old. Wow.

Since she first burst onto the scene in the 1980s as a fresh-faced beauty with remarkable pipes, Whitney Houston’s life has been a roller coaster ride. Her turbulent relationship with Bobby Brown, a long term battle against drugs, and of course, the constant pressure of being in the spotlight have made the musical diva fodder for the tabloids over the past 20 years. Yet, somehow Whit has managed to remain stunning and poised – some say she looks just as beautiful on her newest album cover as she did on her very first.

How did the Bodyguard star preserve her picture perfect appearance? According to reports, Ms. Houston may have had a little help from her plastic surgeon. Facial rejuvenation, breast augmentation, and liposuction are among the common rumors surrounding the sultry star. MakeMeHeal.com speculates that Whitney may be fighting her wrinkles with Botox and other cosmetic treatments, such as Fraxel, Active Fx, Thermage, or Cooltouch laser therapy.

As for the speculation surrounding Houston’s alleged breast augmentation, plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn said, “The two half-grapefruit look can often signify breast implants placed above the muscle in a person with very little breast tissue.”

Then again, if you’ve got it, why not flaunt it? After all, cosmetic surgery is meant to make someone look their very best, and enhance a person’s natural beauty. That is certainly the case with Houston. So, whether it’s two procedures or twelve, Whitney looks divine, and continues to thrill fans with her memorable songs and incomparable talent.
