Shayne Lamas, daughter of Lorenzo Lamas and finalist on The Bachelor London Calling, was picked up over the weekend on a DUI charge. And, her first call wasn’t to a lawyer, but her parent network, E!.

“I take full responsibility for my lack of judgment,” she told the network after she informed them of the charge. “I have always strived to be a role model for my friends, family and fans and have never nor will ever condone drinking and driving. I apologize for all those I have disappointed, including myself.”

Lamas insisted that she only had one drink, but was arrested at a mandatory checkpoint after she failed a breathalyzer test.

Shayne Lamas appears on the show with her brother A.J., half-sister Dakota and mother Michelle Smith. AJ made tabloid headlines after being accused of having an affair with former stepmom and playmate, Shauna Sands. Both former wives of Lamas have also had major love affairs with plastic surgery.

Shauna Sands, although only 36 years old, has had rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, Botox and lip fillers. Her sex tape, which was allegedly “leaked” to the press, debuted the day Leave it to Lamas was set to premiere on E!. Later it was revealed that Sand signed a contract to release the tape to Vivid Entertainment.

“Isn’t that convenient that her tape just happened to be leaked the day after my show premiered. I just feel bad for my little sisters,” Lamas said.

Former Miss California USA Carrie Prejean has had a lot to say about her religious faith and conservative stance. But, the reported discovery of eight erotic videos and 30 nude photos – all starring her – may give Prejean even more behavior to regret in public.

Prejean has already discussed one such video, made years ago for her boyfriend.

“It was the biggest mistake of my life,” she told Sean Hannity of FOX News. “I was all by myself at the time. I was sending a boyfriend at the time, that I loved and cared about, a video of me.”

The first sex tape situation occurred earlier in 2009 during her legal action against Miss California USA pageant officials K2 Productions after they terminated her. Prejean claimed she was being fired for some of her conservative comments.

Officials claimed she was booted for failing to make required public appearances. And, after she tried suing K2, they sued back – this time, for plastic surgery money allegedly owed. The company had supposedly financed her Prejean’s breast augmentation with the understanding they’d get compensation. The parties recently settled their legal sparring.

But, according to RadarOnline.com, there are now seven more Prejeantapes of the same variety, plus 30 photos of her – some topless and some showing full nudity. Contrary to earlier reports that Prejean was 17 at the time of filming, her ex-boyfriend recently told TMZ.com she was actually 20. All the images in question were allegedly produced in 2007 after Prejean spent four days with the man.

Now, Vivid Entertainment has contacted Prejean attorney Charles Limandri in hopes of acquiring rights to the footage, promising Prejean the chance to “earn millions of dollars.” The response from Prejean’s camp so far has been no “at any price.”

That answer isn’t surprising, given Prejean’s recent regret about having filmed herself. Saying to no to a deal like that may actually be a prudent career decision in the long run, even at the sacrifice of millions of dollars right now.

Shauna Sand – formerly known as Shauna Sand-Lamas, ex-wife of Lorenzo Lamas and starlet of the reality show Leave It to Lamas – is now starring in a sex tape. It’s called Shauna Sand Exposed, and though those inclined to see it will have to pay, some images are available online .

The tape is now a Vivid Entertainment release. Sand had previously tried to stop this – issuing a cease-and-desist against the company when they obtained it and tried putting it out.

“Yes I did make a sex tape with my boyfriend earlier this year,” Sand told TMZ in October 2009. “In fact I’ve made several sex tapes, but I certainly didn’t sign off on this and Vivid has no right to put it out. I am trying to get a hold of my attorney now.”

However, she recently withdrew her lawsuit and has apparently agreed to let the studio release it. Vivid site members can watch it now. But, some digitally semi-sanitized images are available on sites such as poponthepop.com, and what’s visible suggests a fair amount of plastic surgery.

Lip injections, breast augmentation and rhinoplasty – at the minimum – are heavy-hitting culprits. She hasn’t talked about getting plastic surgery, but that doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.

In her case, and going by what she lets hang free in the new video, it’s a virtual guarantee.
