The patient had little interest in the size or shape of either breast, rather she was focused only that they should be of similar size and shape. Often in aesthetic breast surgery, patients may come in thinking that they want their breasts ultimately to look identical. The best breast surgeons will always respond, “Breasts are sisters, not twins.” This is the natural state, even the natural state of aesthetically perfect breasts.
