Dr. Richard Baxter of Baxter Plastic Surgery is a top-rated board-certified Seattle area plastic surgeon and Founding Medical Director of Calidora Skin Clinics. Dr. Baxter is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and serves on the Emerging Trends Committee of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He was the Founding Medical Advisory Board Member for Liposonix, the first FDA-cleared device for noninvasive fat reduction with high-intensity focused ultrasound, and authored the first proof-of-concept article for the use of Acellular Dermal Matrix (ADM) materials to create a living internal bra for complex breast problems. The use of ADM’s now has transformed the field of breast reconstruction and revision breast surgery.
