Doctors Take the Stage to Discuss the Latest in Plastic Surgery

Top plastic surgeons from across the country convened in Dallas recently to film three talk shows at the acclaimed CRM studios in Las Colinas. The talk shows highlighted the doctors’ expertise as they discussed popular procedures in plastic surgery and the newest trends in healthcare today.  William P. Adams Jr., MD, Chief Medical Officer for the PSC said, “We’re here to host the only plastic surgery  show of its kind in the country and we are fortunate to not only have the best plastic surgeons with us, but also be joined by two renowned guests physicians in other specialties.”

The guest physicians, Dr. Guy Kezirian, a leader in the field of ophthalmology and Dr. Mary Lupo, a respected leading dermatologist, joined the group of 13 board certified plastic surgeons on the stage to share their point of view and knowledge in the fastest growing sector of medicine, “lifestyle healthcare”.  Lifestyle healthcare describes facets of medicine that are traditionally in the self-pay arena. Anything that helps patients look better, feel better and perform at the top of their game.

PSC-TV Broadcast Nationwide

Doctors talked candidly, while answering viewer questions and debating everything from the latest intrigue with plastic surgery reality shows to state-of-the-art skin care. The half hour shows are filmed twice each year and broadcast on the web and RoKu, a smart TV device where PSC’s content can be viewed 24/7.  Dr. Peter Fodor, Chairman of the Medical Advisory Board for PSC, says the importance of these film events is to present credible, reliable information to the viewer on a variety of media platforms. In addition to the talk shows, other popular segments featuring the newest technology to help you look your best, and lively debates about the hottest topics in cosmetic procedures were filmed.

The welcome  reception and wrap party were sponsored by Galatea Surgical, a company that makes a new, natural scaffolding material called GalaFLEX that’s used at the time of surgery to provide additional support in a patient’s breasts, abdominal wall, and in other areas where tissue support is needed. Enaltus, makers of BioCorneum, also sponsored the filming event. BioCorneum is a silicone scar treatment product with a built in SPF.
